We require 48 hour notice in case of any cancellations or changes to your appointment. We will abide by this same notice period, ensuring we don’t cancel your appointment at the last minute. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48-hour notice, you will be charged £50 [or 50% of your appointment fee].
